    Awesome, look forward to watching this one as well....got my 11 year old on his first 2 salmon this summer, what a thrilling time..

    Ive never fished that fishery...looks like fun! I was hearing from friends that go and camp for the weekend every year and they said this year was much slower than last. Bottles, you need to try the sandheads fishery one of these years...maybe not as scenic or tranquil with the hundreds of boats but its great for stacking the freezer and you get to hook into some big ones. People poo poo the white chinooks that make up 50% of the catch usually but fried cajun in taco they are a croud pleaser....also taste like tuna after being pressure canned.

    It was slow. Still fun though.
    Nothing wrong with white chinooks. Most of the adult chinook I catch end up in the smoker. I'll have to get somebody with a boat to run me out there so I can give it a go. I know nothing about ocean fishing.
