Looking for someone who excels at doing hams,bellies and sausage from black bear around the PG/Quesnel area?

Lots of guys will do it. I use A&B meats in chilako, Rodgers I think will do a ham, and sausage, but it must be cut and clean. Moosin
A friend of mine had his hog processed at Chilako Meats last year and it turned out well. There is a fellow in Endako that does an excellent job as well. Can't remember is name but his shop is just up from the Endako Pub off the highway.

Yes, I make salt cured (dry) smoked bacon out of pork bellies, but I can't say I would do the same with a bear.
