Grizzly Bear Bullet?

Hello I am one of the lucky few that gets to go grizzly hunting this spring. Now I did not draw the tag but I am pretty sure it will be my gun that gets used on this hunt. I have a 300wm and need some suggestions on a good bullet for the g bear.

200 gr A-frame, or 180 gr TSX, or my fav from my 300 wm, a 168 gr TTSX hotroded up a bit! I handload for my 300 win mag, but if you can find some a-frames or Noslers, you'll be laughing! Moosin

I'd go with a 180gr TTSX or 200gr Nosler Accubond. If you're shooting factory ammo I'd try to find some Barnes Vor-Tx 180gr TTSX

200 gr Swift A-frame or 180 gr Swift Scirocco.

TTSX's are ghey. Go with a bullet that's going to expand instead. :mrgreen:

Was reading the new Boone & Crockett record book and they were telling the story about the largest Alaskan Brown Bear ever shot. The person who shot it knew he had to have a large bullet so he used a 180 grain bullet in his 30-06. If it worked for him...............

nice choice,
i prefer the 4 blade slick tricks at 100 grains on aramid kv's totaling 420 grains of punch power.
big gaping hole with alot of weight to drive her in deep.
