I have an older goat head that is getting yellow from age and wondering if anyone has some suggestions on how to clean it or bring it back to that nice white color it once was???

You can get bleaching kits from some taxidermy supply houses or from beauty supply places you can get product to whiten as well

There is another product but cant remember the name right now.

Stuff from the beauty supply is a mix of 40 volume developer and Basic white. Mix into a foamy paste and brush into the hair, leave for a few minuites rinse out and blow dry with high volume air to fluff him back up.
Don't leave it on too long, better to do it twice than burn the hair
