I was just wondering if anyone had any reccomendations for a taxidermist in the chilliwack, abbotsford, langley area.

Send Mainlandhunter here on the site, he's a great guy, an excellent taxi and has done great work for many a member here.

My 08 chocolate bear (rug) is due home real soon, I can hardly wait.

Frank Gilbert, Fur and Feathers in Surrey. Awesome work. He has done a lot of work for me. I will not go anywhere else.

I Can recommend " ANDY,S Wilderness Taxidermist in Richmond very
resonable. Did the standing Griz. 604-232-1300 :biggrin:

Ray Weins Taxidermy he goes by Mainland hunter on HBC and is in Abby
great guy - beautiful work



Gander's Taxidermy is also wonderful and they are in Surrey


Have heard many good things about Frank Gilbert as well

Ray weins taxidermy he did a big 5X4 for my buddy last year the damn thing still looks alive. he did a 2 bears for me too awsome work and you get it back faster than others because he does his own tanning and does a damn good job

I'd seriously consider Ray Wiens. Not only has he served me extremely well, he's also a supporter (sponser) of this site.

Frank Gilbert at Fur and Feathers. Frank has done several mounts for me as well (hawks, owls, waterfowl, upland, big game). If you do your homework and compare the work, you'll see that he is the best out there.

Another vote for Ray Wiens. He did my buddy's Blacktail, and did an amazing job. Quick turnaround, and good communication.
I have to say good things, cuz he has my Elk! lol

Just kidding. Ray's getting all my work from now on.
