Found an I-phone

Was hunting south or Merritt this weekend and found an I-phone on a quake trail. If you lost your phone comment below and describe the case.

Good on you for posting this up - many people would just sell it. My colleague at work just lost hers and she is devastated.. tons of pics of her family lost.

I presume it's locked and you can't get any contact info from it?

I found one last winter and with some detective work (locked phone still got facebook messages) over a few days managed to track down the owner...

who, annoyingly didn't seem very grateful...

If you charge it up and are in cell range (which I'd assume you are) they may be able to find it if the use the Find My Phone feature. They can then send a message to it that you can see with their info.

don't look at it too hard, the screen will break.

If it's locked there is still a icon on the bottom left I believe. It is a health app that will sometimes have name and contact info in it

Hopefully they will replace it with a Blackberry. There has to be a few Canadian patriots left out there. Thanks for posting.
