That's got to be tough on your wheel bearings......

That's got to be tough on your wheel bearings......Yup, Whenever I put my trailer in fresh or salt water I always dumped a bucket of water on them to try and cool the bearings down. You put a trailer in water with hot bearings and it sucks the water in. I can only assume the area must be very shallow or why leave the trailer anchored. I noticed they have some flotation on the trailers.

Definitely new to me... That first boat that came in was sweet though. Welded aluminum cuddy.

Not anything new, seen one at the Chase ramp a couple yrs. ago. still tied to the boat.

seems like thats justvhow it needs to be done at that locale.
and i see no trucks hooked to any trailers, guessing the trailers belong to the marina maybe.
they probably make plenty off storage to re-do some bearings here and there.

water in bearins is not a big deal especially if you have greasable bearings . this is not that unusual for beach launching in oceana
