Figured there hasn't been a thread in awhile with this question.
Where are some good rabbit hunting spots in the valley?
Is Jesperson in Chilliwack still any good?
why schedule C? showshoe hares are open now.

Anywhere there are blackberry bushes would be a safe bet. Always see them hanging out right at the edge at around dusk.

They are not open in Chilliwack and where ever they are open, there are not many.
As you will find out :)

Don't laugh Snow. It's not quite crows but common pigeon is called squab in europe when served in fine restaurants.

I think the real answer is that schedule C (European Rabbits, maybe some Cottontails?) are much more plentiful in the Fraser Valley than snowshoe hares (from what I have been hearing/reading).

I wouldn't mind learning of some general areas close to the LM too so I can find some of these Schedule C rabbits too.
And yes, I have contemplated PETsMART but I doubt they will be please to hear what I have planned for the buns.

I'm eating bunny tonight. But they are from the back yard. Back legs the size of my hands. One of my does just had a litter last week. Wild or backyard , rabbit is a great protein.
