Way back in 1976 I worked in a fish cannery in Vancouver. Big red building next to Seabus terminal. You should have seen the canning process there. Long cylindrical tubes and the forklift would put pallets of cans in it. I'd be guessing but 8 pallets per tube and each pallet would have been 6 feet tall. That is a lot of cans per pallet X8. Then they'd close the door and pressure cook it. They had about 10 pressure cookers there. I don't miss working there although being 16 and driving the forklift was fun......
